Called to make an appointment on a Friday afternoon, got there and didn’t have an appointment. Made another for 10am Sunday to drop my car off. I got there and they had me down for 11:30 but said they had an open bay and could have it done around 11:30-12pm. Got there at 12:15 and they hadn’t even touched it. The people who work up front and make “appointments” and intake cars clearly do not listen. I will not be giving them a third chance.

I want to give a special thank you to Jerry at Tires Plus. While I was at work, my girlfriend needed to have the AC checked on our vehicle. We called around, and every other place was charging much more, but Jerry was willing to help us out for a lower price than everyone else. It’s great to see businesses that truly care about the people in our community. Jerry’s kindness, honesty, and willingness to help made a big difference for us, and I believe he deserves a lot of support. Thank you again, Jerry, for the excellent customer service and for looking out for your customers.

Had a very positive experience at Tires Plus in Peoria, especially working with Jarred. From start to finish, communication was clear, professional, and straightforward. Jarred and the team were friendly, patient, and flexible in helping work around my timing and service needs. I appreciated how they listened carefully, answered questions clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It is not always easy to find a shop that combines good communication with a customer-first attitude, and this team did exactly that. Thank you to Jarred and the Tires Plus team for the professionalism and great service. Highly appreciated.

I wanted to thank the team at the Brandywine Peoria Tires Plus location especially Bella the manager assistant manager she was nothing but professional, to the point I seen her interacting with other customers where she was helpful and trying to give everyone a fair deal. I spoke with her the day before because she knew that this was stressful and I took a break got it fixed got it towed they got me out the door and I even seen her find a customer's phone and run out and give it to the customer now that is a good manager and good employee you got someone that you should promote there also the rest of the staff was nothing but kind. I'm also making a joke I had to use my ebike LOL until I could get that tire fixed and that Indian represents me and all of us let's get along Peoria it's not that bad here is it? You have a repeat customer in me. Ryan Lopez

On a day that didn’t start out right with an unfortunate flat tire’s plus made it easy to fix. They were so quick to fit me in, and made it easy to get back on the road! Thanks again for changing my tire and my crummy day!
